RFFP Member Livestock Farms Offered Listings in the Eat Well Guide

(March 7, 2005) RFFP livestock farmers have the option of being listed online at The Eat Well Guide. The Eat Well Guide (www.eatwellguide.org) is a joint project of the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy and the Global Resource Action Center for the Environment (GRACE). To use the Eat Well Guide, consumers simply enter their zip code to find a farm, store, restaurant, and/or mail order outlet closest to them. An advanced search option allows them to search by meat type, outlet, and/or production method, including certified organic, biodynamic, hormone and antibiotic free, grass fed, and pasture raised.

GRACE, in conjunction with Free Range Graphics, produced the award winning online film, The Meatrix (www.themeatrix.com). Since its debut in November 2003,The Meatrixhas been viewed by over 6 million people online and by countless others at film festivals around the world.
